In July 2009 Frances Mary Dunlop spent two weeks in Tanzania
Frances Mary says:
It was wonderful to see Fr Calistus again. He sends greetings to all at St Mary’s, and says a very warm thank you for the donation for his school project. He took me to see the site of the new school. It’s a former vocational training centre. Some of the old buildings are to be refurbished, and a new classroom block will be built. A group of volunteers from Cattolica in Italy are carrying out some of the work

Huruma Convent
I got a fantastic welcome from the Sisters at Huruma. They send a sincere thanks for the donation from St Mary’s, and were very eager to show me the water supply system which our parish has already funded.
